The challenge
Richers and Vision needed to retire a patchwork of spreadsheets and disconnected tools that no longer scaled with the pace of their trading operations. Inventory data lagged behind real-world stock, sales updates were manual, and reporting required hours of reconciliation each week.
They needed a single platform that their team could trust — fast to use across web and mobile, accurate in real time, and built on infrastructure that would not require constant maintenance.
The solution
CJ TEAMS designed and delivered TradeFlow365, a custom ERP platform tailored to how Richers and Vision actually run their business. The system unifies inventory, sales pipelines and operational workflows in one place, with role-based access for staff across the organisation.
The front-end is built in Flutter for a single, consistent experience on web, desktop and mobile. The back-end runs on AWS serverless infrastructure — meaning the platform scales automatically with usage and stays low-maintenance for the long term.

Outcome
The Richers and Vision team now operate from a single source of truth for inventory and sales activity, with workflows that match the way they actually do business rather than the constraints of off-the-shelf software.
Why this approach
Off-the-shelf ERP suites are powerful but rarely fit a small or mid-sized trading business without significant configuration, customisation cost and ongoing licence fees. A custom build on AWS serverless gave Richers and Vision a system shaped to their workflows, with predictable operational costs and no per-seat licence model.
By owning the full stack — from data model to UI — CJ TEAMS could move quickly between sign-off and go-live, and continues to support the platform as the business grows.
